About Me

Heather McNally and Melissa MacDonald: Hi! Meet the bitches!! Heather is a SAHM to 2 boys. This has provided Heather with some amazing opportunities to volunteer in her boys' classes, help her Mom as she prepared for and recovered from a Lung Transplant, and be able to have a flexible schedule to begin her road to health and fitness. Heather's goal is to hold herself accountable, share her journey, make someone laugh, and hopefully inspire somebody along the way. Melissa is a Mom to two awesome kids, works part-time, and is able to be home part-time with her family. Her schedule is flexible, which gives her the opportunity to be available to her family for some fun times, as well as pursue her road to health and wellness. Melissa's goal is to become healthy, happy, and confident in her own skin. She also hopes to inspire others.
